You agree to cooperate fully with AQ77's KYC process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. AQ77 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
AQ77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. AQ77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your AQ77 account upon confirmation from the payment processor. AQ77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to AQ77's verification requirements. AQ77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. AQ77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
AQ77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, AQ77 will notify the affected user and conduct an investigation before releasing or forfeiting the funds.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on AQ77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). AQ77 does not apply currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.

The AQ77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of AQ77. You may not use any AQ77 trademark, trade name, or branding without the prior written permission of AQ77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AQ77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
AQ77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. AQ77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond AQ77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
AQ77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your AQ77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AQ77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at aq77.org/privacy-policy. By using the AQ77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your AQ77 account at any time by contacting AQ77 customer support. Upon closure of your account at your request, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply following the closure of your account, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. AQ77 operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations and takes its legal and regulatory obligations seriously.
